I think this is a great idea… I can’t stand how biased Fox News is and would love to stick it to ‘em. I understand that shows on other networks, i.e. Countown with Keith Olbermann and the Rachel Maddow Show are biased as well, but they seem to back up everything they state with sources and video, not to mention the fact that they have been critical regardless of party affiliation. The likes of Bill O’Reilly make me sick with their unfounded and sometimes seemingly racist allegations… I don’t think companies should benefit from supporting so-called journalists like that.

Fox is comically biased. But I think they bring a valuable point of view sometimes because everyone else is blasting the same garbage. I don’t think boycotting them is really going to prove anything other than how blind we really want to be as a people. Just accept it for what it is and let’s not get pissy over a conflicting point of view.

Sometimes the sources that “seem to back up everything they state with sources and video” are just the best at leveraging the available media to their use.

How’s that “hope and change” working out for you btw? ;p

Well, I am not sure how a Boycotting would work.. because…. if people don’t like Fox news, they won’t turn to the channel right? Which… would mean that naturally fox would slowly start losing its viewership’s, at least that’s my theory anyways.

    Till then,

It’s not just a boycott of Fox News, it’s mostly a boycott of the sponsors to hit ‘em where it hurts. I wouldn’t be surprised if a large percentage of Fox’s viewers aren’t actually fans – kinda like Howard Stern listeners who want to see what he’ll do next…

Good point drivelocity I didn’t think about the sponsors. That makes more sense to me now! :) And yeah now a boycott makes more sense, hehe =D

    Thanks,
